Your wedding is yours. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to your photos, your film and the details you send us.
Your photos, your choice
We love sharing our work, but publishing is always opt-in. Nothing from your wedding appears on our website, in our Instagram or anywhere else unless you say yes.
When you invite us, and again before delivery, we ask which of these suits you:
- Happy to be featuredWe may share a selection on our website and social media.
- Ask us laterWe hold everything back and check with you before sharing anything.
- Keep it privateNothing is published. Your story stays between us and you.
You can change your mind at any time, including after something has been published. Write to us and we’ll take it down.
Full privacy (NDA)
Some couples need more than a “please don’t post”. For them we offer full privacy, backed by a non-disclosure agreement.
- No use of your photos or film in our portfolio, social media, ads or competitions.
- For film: no public sharing, private previews and private delivery.
- Every team member who works on your day is bound by it.
Full privacy is available for photography and film, as an add-on of +20% of the total. See Pricing.
Private galleries
Your photos are delivered in an online gallery that isn’t listed or searchable. It is shared by link, and you decide who gets that link: just the two of you, your family, or all your guests.
- You can download everything in high resolution, without watermarks.
- If you’d like a password on the gallery, tell us and we’ll add one.
- Films are delivered by private link as well.
What we never do
- Post, tag or geotag you without your consent.
- Share your names, venue or date with anyone who doesn’t need them for your wedding.
- Sell or hand over your photos, films or details to third parties.
- Show your gallery to other couples without asking you first.
If a guest or vendor asks us for photos, we point them to you.
What we keep from your inquiry
When you send the invitation form, we receive only what you type into it. We use it to reply, to check availability and, if you book, to plan your day.

Your details stay in our inbox and planning documents. If we don’t end up working together, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Who we are

Enquiries and contact forms
When you send an enquiry, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, event date or location, and message. We use it only to reply, prepare information or a quote, and take steps toward a booking when you ask us to do so.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For general correspondence, website security and abuse prevention, we may rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer and follow up on the enquiry, manage a potential or confirmed booking, comply with applicable legal or accounting obligations, and establish or defend legal claims where necessary.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email and technical service providers to operate this website and communicate with you. They may process personal data only to provide those services and under appropriate data-protection terms. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism where required.
Technical data and cookies
Our hosting infrastructure may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and server logs for security, reliability and troubleshooting. This website is intended to use only cookies that are necessary for basic functionality. No analytics or advertising cookies are intentionally used. A small first-party cookie may remember that you dismissed the privacy notice so it does not keep appearing.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, object to certain processing, and receive data you provided in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to the competent data-protection authority in your country.

Providing personal data through an enquiry form is voluntary, but without enough contact information we may be unable to reply or prepare a quote. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in relation to enquiries.
